Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA eWM and MM Manager to lead complex Supply Chain and ERP transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong functional expertise with consulting, solutioning, delivery leadership, and the ability to engage effectively with senior client stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP S/4HANA eWM and MM functional design and delivery in large transformational projects.

• Advise clients on warehouse, inventory, procurement, and materials management processes based on SAP leading practices.

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and scope, discover and define solutions, articulate business benefits and use cases, and develop a roadmap to achieve their objectives

• Provide solutions for complex client problems across the SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape throughout the project lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise with a strong strategic awareness of the SAP market and associated technologies.

• Work as a SAP Functional Lead and support solutions for end-to-end request for proposal requests.

• Problem-solving skills to identify, escalate, track, and resolve issues on time.

• Effective presentation and communication skills to senior stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics to improve warehouse, inventory, procurement, and supply chain operations.

• Support our business development initiatives, collaborating with our teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan, and defining the delivery approach for SAP transformations

• Oversee ERP integrations and assist in developing proof of concepts as required.

• Strong analytical skills for clarity and data insights

• Mentor and develop SAP functional consultants.

Must have skills: The candidate should have 9-15 years of SAP experience with strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA eWM and MM, including experience in 4-5 end-to-end SAP transformation or implementation programs. Strong client-facing, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are required, along with C1 English proficiency.

Good to have skills: SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred. Exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, automation, or advanced analytics within Supply Chain or ERP transformation programs will be considered an advantage.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must have skills: Experienced SAP consultant with strong functional and technical knowledge in SAP eWMS and MM in S/4 HANA.

• Proven success in client-facing roles for 5-6 engagements.

• Advise clients on the SAP eWMS and MM processes based on leading industry practices.

• Analyze and map business requirements for eWMS and MM processes and S/4HANA functionalities.

• Exposure to SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, APIs, and external system integrations is highly valued.

• Prepare documentation, user manuals, and training materials for key users.

• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Participate in the development of thought leadership content, including white papers and presentations on S/4 HANA related topics.

• Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree completed; MBA is highly desirable
• Mandatory: Advanced level of English
• Availability to travel may be required.
