What would you do?
- Help clients transform their compliance function from reactive to proactive through an intelligent compliance operating model powered by data, intelligent technologies and talent
- Looking for someone with Commercial KYC experience along with EDD, ACDD knowledge
- Above 2 years hands on experience in Commercial KYC
- Strong knowledge of Customer Identification Program (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and periodic KYC refresh reviews
- Ability to analyze business structures, beneficial ownership, related parties, and customer risk profiles.
- Expertise in validating legal entity documents, tax identification details, incorporation records
What are we looking for?
- Primary skill - Commercial KYC experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform end to end KYC reviews for Commercial Banking clients, including onboarding, remediation, and periodic refresh activities.
- Conduct Customer Identification Program (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews in compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
- Validate customer documentation, including legal entity documents, incorporation records, tax documents, and beneficial ownership information.
- Analyze ownership structures, business activities, and customer risk profiles to identify potential financial crime risks.
- You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
