As a Management Consulting Intern in the Customer Insight & Delivery team, you will help organizations rethink and transform how they care for their customers. You will work at the intersection of data, customer insight, technology, and delivery, contributing to projects that reinvent customer experience and customer care models across industries.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong analysis mindset, who embraces variety and continuous learning in a fast-changing consulting environment.

Your Job

As part of our team, you will contribute to customer transformation initiatives combining advisory and delivery.

Because our work is highly diverse, your role may evolve from one project to another: in scope, industry, and responsibilities.

At the core of our work, we enhance customer experience across industries through three pillars. The examples below illustrate your typical responsibilities you may take on within each pillar:

Data-driven knowledge (e.g. transforming customer data into insights using analytics and speech-to-text technologies)

• Provide background analytical support to the team by collecting and cleaning data, building simple analyses, and preparing charts, summaries, and slides that help the project team progress internal work and client deliverables.

Technology enablement (e.g. chatbots and digital solutions to optimize processes and experience)

• Support delivery workstreams through documentation, requirements notes, basic solution research, and quality checks (e.g., test scripts, issue logs), helping the team prepare materials and keep implementation tasks on track.

Strategy definition (e.g. redefining customer approach and service models)

• Contribute to strategy and transformation engagements by doing desk research, supporting process mapping, preparing workshop materials, capturing meeting notes, and structuring inputs into clear storylines for internal alignment and client-ready outputs.

• You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with data, insights, and problem-solving.
• You are curious, adaptable, and motivated by variety and change across projects and industries.
• You are interested in customer experience, service transformation, and consulting.
• You enjoy combining thinking (analysis) with doing (delivery).
• You have an interest in digital and customer-related technologies (e.g. CRM platforms, conversational AI, customer analytics).
• You thrive in multidisciplinary and diverse teams.
• You are fluent in English + French and/or Dutch (both is a strong asset).
• You are in the process of getting a Master’s degree in any educational background.
