What would you do?

• Own and drive the reporting governance, and delivery of reports and business insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. Translating business processes from our BPO Accenture RC team into meaningful reporting and analytics.

• Candidate who is good in excel and MIS reports are looked at for these skills
• A task of grouping a set of objects in such a way that objects in the same group (called a cluster) are more similar (in some sense or another) to each other than to those in other groups (clusters).
• It is a main task of exploratory data mining, and a common technique for statistical data analysis, used in many fields, including machine learning, pattern recognition, image analysis, information retrieval, bioinformatics, data compression, and computer graphics.

• Primary skill - Cluster Analysis - P5

• Strong understanding of business processes and operational workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into reporting, metrics, and data models.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Expertise in Power BI, Excel, data visualization, and reporting tools.
• Continuous improvement and process optimization mindset.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain reporting governance and KPI frameworks.

• Partner with our internal Accenture Resource Center team to understand process performance drivers and identify reporting needs.
• Translate business processes, operational workflows, and stakeholder requirements into reporting solutions, dashboards, and measurable KPIs
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all reporting outputs.
• Identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities through data analysis.
