What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
What are we looking for? We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused resource to serve as a Senior Systems Analyst - Oracle Cloud Migration consultant, specializing in the global migration from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Cloud / Fusion. Reporting to the Migration Program Manager, the consultant will function as the key functional and systems Subject Matter Expert (SME), partnering across Accounting, FinTech, Product, Engineering, Tax, and Treasury to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into scalable and compliant Oracle Cloud solutions. This engagement requires a highly structured professional with deep accounting knowledge, strong systems acumen, and the proven ability to deliver results effectively in a fast-paced, global transformation environment
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Key Responsibilities and Deliverables - Oracle Cloud Migration Functional & Systems Analysis ? Translate Business requirements into detailed functional specifications ? Analyze current-state processes and support future-state design validation ? Identify system gaps, critical risks, and control considerations ? Evaluate trade-offs and propose structured solutions across complex accounting scenarios ? Support configuration reviews, Service Level Agreement (SLA) mapping, and accounting rule validation
- Project Execution & Delivery
? Support milestone planning, dependency management, and proactive issue resolution
? Lead or support work streams within User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-to-end testing, and defect management
? Validate data migration outputs and complex reconciliation logic
? Quantify impacts, test hypotheses, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders
? Proactively identify and mitigate critical delivery risks
- Controls, Compliance & Close Readiness
? Ensure all defined solutions maintain SOX compliance and audit readiness
? Validate period-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
? Support cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization activities
? Test edge cases and exception scenarios to ensure system robustness
- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Partnership
? Partner with Global Process Owners and cross-functional teams to drive organizational and technical alignment
? Present complex system and accounting concepts clearly to varied technical and non-technical audiences
? Incorporate financial and business implications into solution decisions
? Influence key stakeholders through data-driven recommendationsBCom,Any Graduation,Master of Business Administration
