Within the Mid-Market Cyber Security team, Account Success Management is critical-ensuring every client engagement delivers measurable value while unlocking growth opportunities across the portfolio.
What You’ll Do
- Own client relationships, retention, and account growth for cyber security needs of clients
- Lead onboarding and sales-to-delivery transition
- Collaborate with technical teams during delivery
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewals
- Manage account health, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in account management or customer success with cyber security experience
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial skills
- Understanding of technology or cyber environments

Compensation at Accenture is determined based on multiple factors, including, for example, the role performed, seniority level, degree of responsibility, professional skills, and experience gained.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. This role corresponds to (Dirigente or A1 Quadro) and one of the following levels for which the range of base pay is:
- C6 Senior Manager: €67400 - €82300
- C7 Manager: €50000- €62100
