In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration processes, overseeing system integrations, and coordinating release activities to ensure seamless deployment. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive solution evolution and address emerging challenges is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP for Retail, Specialty Retail.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet business needs.
- Ability to design and implement integration strategies between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with release management and deployment processes within packaged or SaaS environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ location.
