Summary:
In the role of Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and performance standards. This includes creating detailed architectural plans, overseeing the implementation of security controls, and ensuring a smooth transition to cloud security-managed operations. The role requires continuous evaluation and documentation of security measures to maintain robust protection across cloud environments while supporting business needs effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures within cloud environments.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on security objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of cloud security principles and practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Experience with identity and access management solutions and their integration within cloud infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Ability to design and implement security controls tailored to cloud environments.
- Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation strategies in cloud security contexts.
- Skilled in documenting security architectures and operational procedures.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
