As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices to enhance team productivity and solution quality.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Mentor team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and technology adoption.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and compliance within cloud environments.
- Experience in configuring and integrating cloud-based human capital management solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with release management and deployment strategies in SaaS platforms.
- Excellent understanding of system performance optimization and platform stability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
