Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform reliability and scalability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong knowledge of platform configuration and customization within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience in managing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Ability to oversee release management processes ensuring smooth deployment cycles.
- Familiarity with setting and enforcing platform standards to maintain system stability and performance.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within packaged or SaaS applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
