Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. This position requires working with standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with various teams to monitor and optimize application functionality is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.

- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.

- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of application updates.

- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying data integration and transformation solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services.

- Strong understanding of data workflows, ETL processes, and data migration techniques.

- Ability to optimize and troubleshoot complex data integration packages to improve performance and reliability.

- Familiarity with database concepts, query optimization, and data validation methods.

- Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services within packaged or SaaS applications.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
