Throughout the day, the engineer utilizes standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to adapt and enhance application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.

- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.

- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge repositories for future reference.

- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).

- Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.

- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.

- Ability to use low-code/no-code platforms for rapid application development and deployment.

- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve application issues efficiently.

- Understanding of software release management and version control processes.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
