Work with our clients as consulting professionals to design, build and implement solutions that can help enhance business performance.
Be involved in supply chain planning business process with the client.
Understand client’s business objectives, challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Develop implementation roadmaps aligned with client’s business needs and industry best practices.
Design and optimize planning solutions leveraging SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) and SAP Production Planning (SAP PP), utilizing both standard and configurable capabilities to support business requirements across the end-to-end supply chain.
Operate within a Planning Factory environment, supporting centralized planning processes across multiple business units, regions, and product categories.
Drive planning excellence through standardized processes, data governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, and Manufacturing teams to ensure accurate and efficient planning execution.
Monitor planning KPIs and identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service levels, and operational efficiency.
Support business users in the adoption and optimization of SAP planning solutions and planning best practices.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, SAP teams, Master Data teams, and IT functions to ensure effective planning system integration.
Coordinating with Enterprise systems & Master Data Management teams to ensure proper data propagation and concurrence in the planning tool.
Define project requirements, project plan and solution design.
Provide guidance to users and coach Business Units in the use of Enterprise systems and transition to planning tools/applications and configure enterprise architecture to meet the needs of the business
o Provide final solution deliverables to the customer as per design.
o Exploring new initiatives on process optimization & digitization for improved short/medium term planning
o Draft client proposals, set up objectives and create an action plan.
Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:
Conceptual understanding of as-is processes in supply chain and ability to design to-be process.
Develop and Implement Supply chain strategies aligned with overall business objectives ensuring optimal cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Good understanding of any of the ERP applications in the domain areas.
Hands-on experience in Supply Chain Planning environments, preferably within a Planning Factory or centralized planning organization, supporting processes such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Planning, and S&OP/IBP.
Proven experience working in SAP-driven planning environments with a strong understanding of integrated planning processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong expertise in SAP IBP modules (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP) and SAP ECC/S4HANA Production Planning (PP).
Ability to understand client requirements and configure customized solutions.
Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight.
Strong analytical skills to build viewpoints on industry trends and identify areas of improvement and opportunities for cost savings.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Bachelor’s degree completed; MBA is highly desirable
2-9 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Planning Factory operations, or SAP Planning environments with hands-on experience in SAP IBP and SAP PP.
Experience supporting, optimizing, or implementing planning processes across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Planning, and Integrated Business Planning.
- Experience across various industries such as Life Sciences, Auto, Consumer Packaged Goods, is preferred
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC, specifically SAP IBP and SAP PP. Exposure to APO, MRP, Production Scheduling, and related SAP planning solutions is highly preferred.
- Client-facing experience is preferred
- Availability to travel may be required.
