What would you do?

• We are looking for an experienced in Cash and bank management involves daily oversight, optimization, and reconciliation of a business cash inflows and outflows. The core objective is to maximize liquidity, ensure you can meet short-term obligations, and profitably deploy idle funds. Ability to work in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment.

• SAP experienced is preferrable
• Working knowledge of SAP,S4 HANA,ServiceNow, and reconciliation tools such a ReconSmart,Cadency.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong reporting and data analysis capabilities.

What are we looking for?

• Commerce, Finance, Accounting graduate

• Experience in shared services or BPO environment
• Strong accounting knowledge with hands-on experience in preparing and managing Bank Reconciliation Statements.
• Good understanding of cash flow processes, including inflow, outflow, treasury operations, loans, and repayments.
• Confident in handling client queries and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Experienced in maintaining regular day-to-day communication with clients and providing quick, responsive support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Track daily cash positions across multiple global bank accounts to ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations.

• Allocate payments and receipts to the respective bank clearing accounts.
• Share daily Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) open items with clients along with the aging schedule.
• Investigate outstanding items, bank adjustments, and payment discrepancies with counterparties and client treasury teams.
• Reconcile bank statements against internal General Ledger (GL) balances on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Download and upload FX rates on a day-to-day basis.
• Process treasury postings for loan receipts and repayments, including interest calculations.
• Prepare and post FX contract and hedging entries.
• Ensure adherence to compliance policies, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and audit trail requirements.
• Track and resolve tickets within defined SLAs and turnaround times (TAT).

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal controls, and audit requirements.Any Graduation
