Sales Account Officer

We are looking for a motivated administrator with attention to detail and keen to work in a fast-paced sales environment. This role will suit you if you are full of initiative, organized and work well to deadlines.Responsible for the day-to-day administration of a busy sales team.

• Prepare the administrative documents in collaboration with the account managers. In close contact with our IT consultants, you make sure that all documents for their extensions are up to date.
• Support the account managers with the preparation of supporting paperwork and documentation. (cv update, etc.)
• Assist the sales team in general queries coming from our clients.
• Assisting with any communications or contacts with our consultants on general service-related questions.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• Experience with European Institution is an asset
• You have an excellent command of English, French is a plus
• You have Eye for detail (meticulous) and you are well organized
• You have excellent communication skills
