Summary:

As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role includes overseeing the development and documentation of security controls tailored for cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration with business processes. The position also requires managing the transition of security operations to cloud-managed services, coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain robust security postures while supporting evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the design and implementation of security strategies that support cloud infrastructure and services.

- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure security requirements are clearly understood and met.

- Monitor and evaluate emerging security threats and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools.

- Good To Have Skills: Security Architecture Design.

- Experience in developing and maintaining cloud security frameworks and policies.

- Strong knowledge of risk management principles and compliance standards relevant to cloud environments.

- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Familiarity with security control implementation and operational transition processes.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools.

- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
