Senior Software Engineer

ARHS Group, Part of Accenture is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Luxembourg and contribute to challenging technology projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain reliable and scalable software solutions.
• Develop software components and services, primarily using Python and other relevant programming technologies.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of microservice-based architecture and data processing solutions.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, testing and deployment processes.
• Implement automation and Infrastructure as Code practices to improve the management and scalability of technical environments.
• Work with cloud platforms and containerized environments.
• Support the integration and optimization of data pipelines and related processes.
• Perform Linux system administration and scripting when required.
• Contribute to application security and secure software engineering practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective and sustainable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong experience in software development, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a Software Engineer / Developer role.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Good knowledge of software engineering principles, clean code and development best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD concepts and tools such as GitLab CI/CD.
• Good knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform and/or Ansible.
• Good knowledge of Linux environments and scripting, particularly Bash.
• Experience with databases and data processing.
• Knowledge of microservices architectures and API-based integration.
• Experience with cloud technologies; knowledge of AWS is an advantage.
• Understanding of software security and secure development practices.
• Knowledge of Git and modern source-code management practices.
• Fluent English is required; French is an advantage. What We Offer
