Job Title: Senior Web Developer (React.js)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience in web application development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, Redux, REST APIs, and TypeScript, with a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires experience developing responsive customer-facing digital experiences, reusable UI components, API integrations, and performance-optimized web journeys. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, collaborate across multiple teams, and mentor junior developers while driving best practices and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web-based applications and website components.
• Build responsive customer-facing web applications, reusable UI components, API integrations, and performance-optimized web experiences.
• Develop innovative web solutions that improve user experience, accessibility, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs to integrate frontend applications with backend services.
• Create and maintain reusable, efficient, and scalable React components using modern development practices.
• Manage application state using Redux and implement robust frontend architectures.
• Optimize application performance, page load times, and user journeys to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Document technical designs, development standards, and solution specifications.
• Research, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards, security requirements, and development best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues across multiple environments.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Contribute to key technical decisions and provide solutions for challenges impacting multiple teams.
• Mentor junior developers and support their technical and professional growth.

Required Skills

• React.js (Advanced): 5-7 years of experience developing scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js.
• Redux (Advanced): Strong experience implementing state management solutions using Redux and React Redux in enterprise applications.
• REST APIs (Advanced): Proven experience integrating, consuming, and managing RESTful APIs, including authentication, error handling, and data exchange.
• TypeScript (Advanced): Strong proficiency in building maintainable, type-safe applications using TypeScript and modern development practices.
