You Are:

A tolling technology professional with strong program leadership capabilities and experience delivering complex electronic toll collection, back-office modernization, roadside systems, customer service operations technology, and interoperability initiatives. You understand the technical and operational environment of tolling agencies and infrastructure operators and can translate business and technology requirements into executable delivery plans. You are comfortable leading multidisciplinary engineering and consulting teams, managing client stakeholders across technology and operations, establishing governance, resolving delivery challenges, and driving measurable outcomes. You bring deep tolling technology knowledge, operational discipline, sound judgment, financial awareness, and a collaborative leadership style that helps teams perform at their best.

The Work:

• Lead delivery of tolling technology modernization programs - including back-office platform implementations, MLFF/AET roadside deployments, customer service operations technology, and interoperability integrations - from planning through implementation and operational transition.
• Manage program governance, scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, quality, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Lead and support technology modernization initiatives spanning tolling back-office systems (CSC, violations, collections), customer service operations technology (contact center platforms, CRM, self-service digital channels, omnichannel engagement), roadside and MLFF systems, interoperability hubs, revenue assurance, data analytics, and AI/ML-enabled tolling operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning systems architecture, software engineering, systems integration, operations, customer service technology, data and analytics, and organizational change management.
• Develop tolling technology delivery plans, system integration roadmaps, business cases, technical operating models, functional and non-functional requirements, and phased implementation strategies.
• Partner with tolling agency and private-sector technology stakeholders to identify operational and technology improvement opportunities and translate them into sustainable, scalable delivery outcomes across tolling and customer service platforms.
• Support strategic pursuits, proposals, solutioning, estimates, staffing plans, presentations, and oral defenses.
• Contribute to Smart Mobility Hub tolling technology offerings, reusable assets, reference architectures, credentials, accelerators, and thought leadership across tolling back-office, roadside, and customer service operations technology domains.
• Coach consultants and managers, strengthen delivery capability, and promote consistent project management and quality practices.
• Use data and forward-looking performance indicators to improve decision-making, accountability, and delivery predictability.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirement

Here's What You Need:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in tolling technology, electronic toll collection, back-office or roadside systems, customer service operations technology, transportation systems integration, or a closely related infrastructure technology field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading tolling technology programs, systems integration projects, PMOs, delivery workstreams, or technology modernization initiatives in a tolling or transportation context.
• Experience managing client stakeholders, cross-functional teams, budgets, schedules, risks, quality, and delivery reporting.
• Experience with at least one of the following: tolling back-office platforms, electronic toll collection technology, customer service operations technology (contact centers, CRM, self-service), MLFF/AET roadside systems, interoperability frameworks, violations and collections systems, or revenue assurance platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Bonus Points If:

• You have hands-on experience with electronic toll collection technology, customer account management platforms, billing, violations processing, enforcement workflows, interoperability protocols (e.g., E-ZPass, ETAN), contact center or CRM systems, self-service digital channels, or revenue assurance platforms.
• You have experience supporting tolling authorities, transportation agencies, state departments of transportation, concessionaires, or public-private partnerships.
• You have experience with design-build, field deployment, testing, commissioning, acceptance, or complex system integration.
• You have experience applying Power BI, predictive analytics, AI/ML-enabled tools, computer vision, cloud-native platforms, or AI-powered service automation to improve tolling technology delivery, customer service operations, or revenue performance.
• You have experience with Agile, SAFe, ERP modernization, PMO transformation, or enterprise change initiatives.
• You have PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or other relevant professional certification.
• You have participated in IBTTA, ITS America, AASHTO, or related transportation industry organizations.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
