Accenture is seeking a Software & Platform Engineering Associate to design, develop, enhance, and support innovative technology solutionsthathelporganizationsacceleratedigitaltransformation.Thisroleofferstheopportunitytoworkwithmoderntechnologies,collaboratewithglobalteams,andcontributetothedeliveryofscalable,secure,andhigh-performingapplicationsandplatforms.

Aspartofadynamicengineeringteam,youwillparticipateinthefullsoftwaredevelopmentlifecyclewhilebuildingtechnicalexpertiseandcontributingtoimpactfulbusinessoutcomes.

KeyResponsibilities

• Design,develop,test,andmaintainsoftwareapplicationsandplatformsolutionsbasedonbusinessandtechnicalrequirements.
• Collaboratewithcross-functionalteams,includingbusinessanalysts,architects,andengineers,todeliverhigh-qualitytechnologysolutions.
• Participateintheimplementationofapplicationenhancements,systemintegrations,andplatformmodernizationinitiatives.
• Troubleshootandresolveapplicationissues,defects,andperformancebottleneckstoensuresystemreliability.
• Supportcodereviews,testingactivities,anddeploymentprocesseswhileadheringtoengineeringstandardsandbestpractices.
• Developandmaintaintechnicaldocumentation,includingdesignspecificationsandoperationalprocedures.
• Contributetocontinuousimprovementinitiativesbyidentifyingopportunitiestooptimizeprocesses,tools,andtechnologies.
• Staycurrentwithemergingtechnologiesandindustrytrendstosupportinnovationandengineeringexcellence.

RequiredQualifications

• Bachelor'sdegreeinComputerScience,InformationTechnology,Engineering,orarelateddiscipline.
• Experienceinsoftwaredevelopment,applicationengineering,platformengineering,orarelatedtechnicalrole.
• Knowledgeofsoftwaredevelopmentprinciples,designpatterns,andsystemintegrationconcepts.
• ProficiencyinoneormoreprogramminglanguagessuchasJava,Python,JavaScript,C#,orsimilartechnologies.
• Understandingofrelationaldatabases,APIs,andcloud-basedtechnologies.
• Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskillswithattentiontodetail.
• Excellentcommunicationandcollaborationskillswiththeabilitytoworkeffectivelyinateamenvironment.

PreferredQualifications

• ExperiencewithcloudplatformssuchasAWS,MicrosoftAzure,orGoogleCloudPlatform.
• FamiliaritywithDevOpspractices,CI/CDpipelines,andautomationtools.
• UnderstandingofAgileandScrummethodologies.
• ExposuretocontainerizationtechnologiessuchasDockerandKubernetes.
• Relevanttechnicalcertificationsareadvantageous.
