This role requires close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to craft strategies that not only meet client expectations but also enhance the overall value proposition. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that the proposed solutions are practical, innovative, and positioned for successful implementation, thereby supporting the client s business case effectively.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the alignment of technical strategies with business objectives to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to promote transparency and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing IT service management frameworks within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow ITSM with other enterprise systems to optimize workflows.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and managing expectations across diverse teams.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to IT service management platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
