What Will Your Day Look Like?

We are looking for a Manager to lead transformation programs for the world’s leading telecommunications operators, mainly in North America. You will own delivery end to end: you shape the solution, you lead the team that builds it, and you are the counterpart the client calls.

• Own end-to-end delivery of a program or a set of workstreams, including scope, plan, quality and commercial outcome.
• Lead multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams, setting direction and raising the bar on quality.
• Be the day-to-day counterpart for senior client stakeholders, including director and VP level.
• Shape the solution: define the target operating model and the platform roadmap, and make the trade-off calls that keep the program moving.
• Manage risk, dependencies and escalations across a complex delivery landscape.
• Contribute to business development: proposals, estimations and growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Coach and develop consultants and analysts, and contribute to the growth of the practice.

We have offices available in CABA, Córdoba, Mar del Plata, Rosario, Salta, and Mendoza! And if you’re located in other provinces, our positions are remote, so you can work from home!

Mandatory Requirements

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years leading teams or workstreams, in consulting, systems integration or a telecom operator.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise transformation or platform implementation programs, with accountability for scope, timeline and quality.
• Depth in at least one of the following: telecom transformation (customer operations, commercial and service transformation, order-to-cash, BSS/OSS) or enterprise platform programs (Salesforce, SAP or comparable), in any industry.
• Advanced English, spoken and written, for senior stakeholder management with U.S. clients.

⭐ Desirable Requirements

• Experience leading Salesforce implementations, in any cloud and at any stage of the lifecycle.
• Salesforce certifications, particularly consultant or architect level.
• Experience in pre-sales, proposals and account growth.
• Track record applying AI and Gen AI to transform customer-facing operations.

Don't have Salesforce experience yet? If you know the telecom industry in depth, we still want to talk to you. We will train you on the platform.
