- As a Supply Chain & Operations Junior Consultant you’re involved in transforming our clients’ Supply Chains into future-ready supply chain networks that balance the evolving expectations of customers, employees, investors and others, to drive profitable growth, and to do business the right way.
- You will work in all aspects of the supply chain, from planning and fulfillment to sourcing, procurement, and manufacturing. You will be involved in a wide range of engagements, from developing strategies, operating models and reinventing processes to implementing improvement initiatives like sustainable logistics solutions, optimizing operational activities, or building new capabilities such as advanced planning processes using the latest digital technologies.
- You will have the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects in various industries both in the Netherlands and internationally. In our fast-paced and dynamic world you will help leading (international) organizations to solve their most complex business problems, with a data & analytics focus, whilst continuously developing your market-relevant Supply Chain & Operations knowledge and your advisory hard- and soft skills.

As a Junior Supply Chain Consultant you’ll become part of a dynamic team of consultants that use their deep industry insights, knowledge, and innovative ideas to drive change and growth for our clients every day.

Here's what you'll need
- Excellent communication skills (Dutch and English)
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Econometrics, Operations Research, Business Administration, (Beta-)science)
- Proactive, motivated individual that is looking for professional and personal growth
- Ability to understand and interpret data
Bonus points if you have
- Prior experience in consulting or relevant industry roles
- Experience with data analytics and AI solutions
- International experience (study / internship / work)
- Achievements in sports, music or other hobbies
- Extracurricular activities (e.g., honors programs, charity work, leadership roles in student organizations)
