Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of best practices and innovative approaches to improve delivery outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery process to optimize efficiency and quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions across diverse systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Familiarity with cloud-native application development and deployment within SAP environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
