About the Role

The Sales Support Representative is responsible for assisting and supporting the day-to-day activities of sales account managers and partner managers - providing operational, administrative, and coordination support to drive efficiency across the sales and partner experience. You'll play a key role in keeping our teams connected, our customers informed, and our sales engine running smoothly.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.

• Support and collaborate with the sales team by serving as a liaison between sellers and operational teams to drive business forward in support of our customer base
• Update and ensure the accuracy of CRM systems including logging activity, converting leads, updating opportunities, and creating quotes
• Execute outbound communications to initiate appointment creation and drive active participant attendance for various events, including all follow-up activities and next steps
• Collaborate and engage cross-functional internal teams to meet individual client requirements and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Act as a trusted liaison to customers and partners by providing direct support and coaching, maintaining and building relationships to deliver a positive customer experience
• Create, build, and evaluate various reports to provide actionable insights to sales teams, while researching prospects and customer organizations during the lead registration process and prior to sales calls

Role Essentials

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to speak and write with ease, clarity, and impact using a style appropriate to the subject and audience
• Highly organized with the ability to successfully multi-task and manage projects independently through to completion
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office with experience using CRM systems and a general comfort and aptitude for learning new technologies

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms in a sales support or operations capacity
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and all levels of the organization
• Experience supporting sales account managers or partner managers in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a personal commitment to continuously broaden skills and stay current professionally
• Experience providing direct support and coaching to customers or partners with a focus on delivering a positive and lasting customer experience
