Task

Expectation

5+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter Execution Process Enterprise (MES)Experience with Opcenter Connect MOM middleware integration design, adapter development, and troubleshootingStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, shop-floor workflows, and ISA-95 / ISA-88 standardsProven track record in a Tech Lead or senior engineering role including architecture ownership, team mentoring, and stakeholder communicationExperience with RESTful / SOAP API integration and message-broker patterns such as MQ or KafkaFluent English (written and spoken)

Proficiency in Mendix low-code platform including application development, widget creation, and API integrationSiemens Opcenter certifications (Execution, Connect MOM)Mendix certification (Intermediate or Advanced)Experience in regulated industries such as pharma, automotive, food & beverageFamiliarity with SAP ERP integration patternsKnowledge of OPC-UA, MQTT, or other industrial communication protocolsExposure to cloud deployment of MES/MOM components on Azure or AWS
