As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent downtime.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
- Participate in the development and improvement of operational processes to enhance service delivery.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with evolving technologies and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications DBA.
- Strong knowledge of database administration tasks including installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Oracle Applications environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to database connectivity, data integrity, and application performance.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures to ensure data protection and availability.
- Understanding of security best practices and implementation within Oracle Applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Applications DBA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
