Collaboration with different teams to align web functionalities with project goals is also an essential aspect of the role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of web application features to meet project requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of web components.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Strong knowledge of web development frameworks and technologies that complement Oracle PLSQL.
- Experience in debugging and optimizing database-driven web applications.
- Ability to write clear and maintainable code following best practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of database design principles and performance tuning.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
