Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves taking ownership of the complete development lifecycle of system features, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to backend services. The role requires actively contributing to the design and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance client service delivery. Throughout the day, the engineer collaborates with various teams to adopt new technologies and methodologies, focusing on cloud-first and agile approaches to address complex business challenges effectively. This dynamic environment encourages continuous learning and adaptation to evolving project requirements and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components.

- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.

- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals and technical strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, React.js, Spring Boot.

- Strong experience in building scalable web applications using modern front-end frameworks and backend technologies.

- In-depth understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support agile development cycles.

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.

- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

- This position is based at our Mumbai office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
