Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Deployment Lead to join our team and support our client in the Hanover, MD area.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and execute software deployments in a fast-paced, high-security environment
• Oversee the deployment process, ensuring seamless integration of updates and changes across systems
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage deployment schedules, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system stability
• Navigate complex environments and ensure compliance with established protocols
• Streamline workflows and implement automation
• Develop and refine scripts to optimize deployment processes

What you’ll need:

• 3 years of experience with the change management processes and managing deployments
• 1 year of experience with GitLab, Jira, and/or Ansible
• Monitoring and analysis experience of network connectivity and performance

Bonus points if you have:

• Familiarity with Python
• Experience with scripting and automation 
• DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher (Sec+, CISSP, CASP, etc.)
• Experience working in high-security settings
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to evolving requirements

Clearance:

Must have an active TS/SCI level clearance 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. $86,400—$176,200 USD
