Descripción del puesto

Misión:

Realizar tareas administrativas básicas y procesamiento informático de la documentación relativa a su unidad/departamento, de acuerdo a las instrucciones dadas por su responsable, a fin de satisfacer las necesidades de su cliente interno.

Requisitos del candidato

En el negocio de ACCIONA AGUA se requiere contratar a un ASISTENTE CONTABLE JUNIOR

Funciones:

  • Registro y contabilización de facturas de compras, ventas y recibos por honorarios.
  • Conciliaciones bancarias y análisis de cuentas (cuentas por cobrar y por pagar, proveedores clientes, etc.).
  • Control de documentos contables (en share point) y apoyo en el cierre mensual.
  • Validación de registro de compras y de ventas para liquidación de impuestos mensuales
  • Apoyo en la determinación y declaración de impuestos mensuales (PDT /621 y otros)
  • Apoyo en la elaboración de encuestas sectoriales (INEI, BCRP, etc.)
  • Otras funciones asignadas por el jefe inmediato.

Requisitos:

- Egresado de Contabilidad o último ciclo en la Universidad.

- Mínimo de 1 año en funciones contables

Conocimientos complementarios:

- Manejo de SAP BO (módulo de finanzas)-Indispensable

Conocimientos informáticos:

- Nivel intermedio de Excel y otras aplicaciones en Microsoft Office
