• Process and verify invoices for accuracy, coding, and compliance with company policies
• Manage vendor relationships and communications, including inquiries, disputes, and payment terms negotiations
• Execute timely and accurate payment processing through various payment methods while maintaining proper documentation
• Reconcile accounts payable records and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments
• Review and process expense reports and reimbursement requests in accordance with company guidelines
• Maintain organized filing systems and records management for all accounts payable documentation
• Support audit activities by providing required documentation and reconciliations to internal and external auditors
• Enter and update vendor information and transaction data in accounting systems with precision
• Identify and investigate payment exceptions, duplicate invoices, and billing errors
• Generate accounts payable reports and analysis to support management decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, and operations to streamline processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within the accounts payable function

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
