ABOUT THE ROL E
- Create programs to drive revenues in the outlets, including unique events throughout the year, seasonal programming for holidays, etc. to drive F&B revenue.
- Develop a strong team through consistently effective leadership, operations, and succession planning
- Effective and timely interaction with all Hotel departments including participation and representation in hotel wide meetings / committees as required.
- At least 3 year experience in Food&Beverage Function and in the Manager level
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Good command in English
- Strong team spirit and leadership skill
- Able to work under pressure and limited time
- Computer skill (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software)
