We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Apprentice to join our Food & Beverage team in Mysuru, India. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in the culinary and hospitality industry while learning from experienced professionals in a dynamic bakery and food service environment. As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in both bakery operations and customer service, developing a comprehensive skill set in food preparation, presentation, and guest interaction.
- Assist in the preparation and baking of bread, pastries, and other bakery items following established recipes and quality standards
- Learn and apply proper food safety and hygiene protocols in all kitchen operations
- Support the F&B service team in delivering exceptional customer experiences through attentive and courteous service
- Organize and maintain cleanliness of work stations, equipment, and service areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during service hours
- Receive guidance and training from senior staff members and implement feedback to improve performance
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and basic food preparation tasks
- Develop proficiency in using bakery equipment and kitchen tools safely and effectively
- Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Support special events and catering operations as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
