• Hands-on Engineering leader responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and protection of the hotel property and assets.
• Lead Engineering and maintenance operations, including hotel facilities, guest rooms, equipment, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with Accor and Mövenpick brand standards, as well as health, safety, security, environmental, HACCP, and Fire & Life Safety requirements.
• Manage outsourced contractors and ensure maintenance services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.
• Conduct and follow up on brand, safety, statutory, and engineering audits to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to resolve maintenance issues promptly, minimize operational disruptions, and ensure guest and employee safety.
• Support the hotel’s operational efficiency, sustainability, and business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3-5years’ Engineering experience in a 4-5 star hotel, including senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of hotel engineering, preventive maintenance, and facility management.
• Experience managing teams, contractors, projects, and budgets.
• Knowledge of Accor/Mövenpick standards, Fire & Life Safety, HACCP, and statutory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and compliance skills.
• Good understanding of sustainability, energy efficiency, and cost management.
• Thai Nationality.
