  • Planung und Leitung der Abteilung und Entwicklung des Teams

  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Assistant Front Office Manager sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Ablauf am Front Office

  • Du kümmerst dich um die Belange deiner Mitarbeiter und setzt dich für sie ein

  • Du sorgst nicht nur dafür, dass die Gäste zufrieden sind, sondern auch dafür, dass sie begeistert sind

  • Du bist für die Rechnungsstellung und alle administrativen Belange zuständig

  • Du agierst als Vorbild für die Mitarbeiter deiner Abteilung

  • und - last but not least - du bist Ansprechpartner für alle Belange des Hotels

Deine Persönlichkeit zählt mehr als dein Lebenslauf...

  • Ausbildung in der Hotellerie und Berufserfahrung am Front Office sind wünschenswert

  • erste Führungserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position oder als Assistant

  • Wissen um echte Hamburger Insidertipps

  • Fähigkeit Gäste und Kollegen zu begeistern
