We are seeking an experienced and guest-focused Front Office Supervisor to join our Front Office team.

In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the Front Office while providing leadership and guidance to our team. You’ll be a key point of contact for our guests and play an important role in ensuring our service standards are consistently delivered across every arrival, departure and guest interaction.

Working closely with the Front Office leadership team, you’ll have the opportunity to further develop your leadership capability while gaining valuable experience within a 5-star, full-service hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the Front Office team across daily operations
  • Lead by example and ensure consistently high standards of guest service
  • Oversee guest arrivals, departures and enquiries
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Coach and support team members to develop their skills and confidence
  • Assist with training, performance and team development
  • Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Support the Front Office leadership team with operational requirements and initiatives
  • Maintain strong knowledge of hotel services, facilities and local experiences

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Previous Front Office experience within a hotel environment
  • A genuine passion for delivering 5-star guest experiences
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Professional presentation and a confident approach to guest engagement
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive approach with a genuine desire to develop your hospitality career
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
