The company manages, franchises, and owns a diverse portfolio of brands spanning luxury, premium, midscale, and economy segments - including Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Pullman, Novotel, and Ibis - along with lifestyle venues and co-working spaces.

Located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort is a vibrant coastal destination where guests come to relax, dine, connect and celebrate. Our resort combines 373 guest rooms with a busy conference and events centre and our signature Sola Restaurant & Bar.

We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and help lead the day-to-day operations across Sola Restaurant & Bar and our conference and events spaces.

This is a hands-on role for a confident hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team, connecting with guests and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Working closely with the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you’ll play an important role in supporting your team, maintaining high service standards and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

  • Lead, coach and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional service
  • Coordinate effectively between kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Maintain high standards of service, presentation, hygiene and guest experience
  • Assist with rostering, labour management and team performance
  • Engage with guests, respond to feedback and resolve issues professionally
  • Support new initiatives, promotions and events across the resort
  • Help drive a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality or food & beverage
  • Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and procedures
  • Excellent communication and people leadership skills
  • A hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident guest engagement and problem-solving skills
  • Commercial awareness, including labour and cost control
  • A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
