- Provide dedicated Sales Administration support to maximize the efficiency and productivity of the Sales team.
- Prepare and coordinate sales presentations, proposals, quotations, contracts, and related documentation.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales databases, records, reports, and commercial documentation.
- Support the Sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination requirements.
- Manage Meetings & Events enquiries, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
- Prepare and coordinate event quotations, BEOs, function sheets, and related event documentation.
- Liaise with clients and operational departments to ensure smooth planning and execution of meetings and events.
- Conduct event follow-up and post-event administration, including documentation and reporting.
- Maintain accurate tracking of enquiries, proposals, conversions, and event activities.
- Contribute to revenue conversion, commercial productivity, and seamless delivery of client requirements.
- Ensure all Sales and Meetings & Events activities are managed in line with Accor standards and procedures.
Minimum one year Experience,
Fluent English Speaker, Arabic is a plus
Keen to details and organized.
Strong Communication and commercial coordination skills
Education/Formal Training:
High School Diploma/GED
Experience:
