Reception Agent
We are currently seeking dedicated and dynamic Casual & Part Time Guest Services Agents to join our team at ibis budget Sydney Airport, and support our Front Desk Team, and help ensure guest requirements are always met with delivery of exceptional service.

What you will be doing/ Key Responsibilities:
- Provide passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service
- Assist guests with all enquiries and complaints and provide accurate information to guests
- Check guests in and out of the Property accurately and in a timely manner
- Take reservations as required
- Answer all telephone calls in a professional manner
- Reconcile cashier floats, transactions, and alterations to accounts, collect payment of accounts, and issue receipts accordingly
- Ensure all guest details are fully updated on PMS system to ensure information is correct
- Ensure special requests are actioned appropriately and promptly
- Maintain the cleanliness and the presentation of the front desk at all times
- Ensure relevant information is communicated between departments
Your experience and skills include:

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- The ability to work a flexible 7-day roster.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Hold a current and valid RSA card in NSW
- Well-presented with a natural ability to build rapport both in person and over the telephone
- Strong focus and passion for hotel operations
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Self-motivated with positive and professional attitude
- Proven ability to manage time, multi-task, work under pressure, and think on your feet
- Strong personal integrity
