- Perform massage while maintaining the client's comfort at all times
- Responsible for all forms of cleaning, maintenance and replenishment of the Spa facility throughout the day, with attention to detail to ensure exceptional quality of service is maintained.
- Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectation
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
- Knowledge of body massage, facial, and beauty treatments.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills.
- Well-groomed, professional, and passionate about wellness and hospitality.
- Flexible to work on weekends and shifts as required.
