Your Role in the Story
As a Waiter at LENEA, LUURA’s all-day dining restaurant, you bring our dining experience to life from breakfast to dinner. You’re the link between the kitchen, the bar and our guests, delivering attentive, confident and polished service that meets Paris Society standards.
You keep your section flowing smoothly, guiding runners and supporting your teammates, while making every guest feel welcome, informed and genuinely cared for. It’s a hands-on role for someone with solid service knowledge, real team spirit, and a true passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and attentive service, adapting your approach to each guest and occasion.
- Read the table and anticipate guests' needs before they are requested, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of all food, beverage, wine, cocktail, and seasonal menu offerings, being able to confidently explain ingredients, preparation methods, and recommendations.
- Actively promote and upsell menu items, signature dishes, premium beverages, and special experiences in a natural and guest-focused manner.
- Guide guests through the menu with confidence, making tailored recommendations based on preferences, dietary requirements, and occasions.
- Ensure all guest preferences, allergies, celebrations, and special requests are accurately communicated and followed throughout the dining experience.
- Provide In-Room Dining (IRD) service when required, ensuring the same standards of hospitality, presentation, and personalized service are maintained.
- Follow the needs and progress of each table throughout the meal, ensuring timely service, guest satisfaction, and attention to detail.
- Build rapport with guests, creating memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits and positive guest feedback.
- Take ownership of guest satisfaction by actively seeking feedback and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a strong awareness of outlet promotions, events, and hotel experiences to maximize guest engagement and revenue opportunities.
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, beach club, or lifestyle hospitality environment.
- Passion for delivering outstanding and personalized guest experiences.
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages, wine, and service standards.
- Ability to confidently explain the menu and make recommendations tailored to guest preferences.
- Naturally attentive, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences.
- Confident in upselling menu items and enhancing the guest journey.
- Excellent understanding of allergens, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Comfortable using POS systems and restaurant technology.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- A warm, positive, and professional attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Strong team player who remains calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
