Deine Aufgaben:
- Identifikation und Ansprache potenzieller Neukunden im B2B-Umfeld
- Eigenständige Terminvereinbarung und Durchführung erster Kundengespräche
- Analyse von Kundenbedarfen und Erkennen von Vertriebschancen
- Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
- Mitarbeit bei Vertriebsaktionen und Leadgenerierungskampagnen
- Pflege von Kunden- und Vertriebsdaten im CRM-System
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Marketing und weiteren Fachbereichen
- Unterstützung bei Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Aktiver Beitrag zur Erreichung unserer Wachstumsziele
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, Kundenservice oder der Kundenberatung sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und an der Neukundenansprache
- Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten
- Eigeninitiative, Motivation und Durchhaltevermögen
- Interesse an digitalen Lösungen und IT-Themen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, CRM-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
