How you'll help shape Data Intelligence Engineering at Achievers:

• Work with AI-Driven Development:Use modern AI developer tools and models, such as GCP Gemini Code Assistand Claude, to support day-to-day development, improve productivity, reduce repetitive work, and help create clear technical documentation.

• Build Modern User Experience:Collaborate deeply with UI/UX designers to rapidly prototype AI-enhanced user experiences. Develop and maintainscalable UI Microfrontendsand reusable React components following established patterns and best practice.

• Contribute to Engineering Excellence:Participateactively in the GitHub development workflow by creating well-structured pull requests, reviewing teammates’ code, addressing feedback, and contributing to improvements in code quality, testing, and developmentpractices.

• Develop Across a Modern Tech Stack:Build front-end applications primarily using Reactand work with services and APIs across a broader ecosystem that includes Python, Go,GraphQL, Kubernetes, Docker, Google Pub/Sub, and GCP.

• Collaborate and Grow:Work closely with senior engineers, product managers, designers, and other team members to deliver features from development through production while continuing to strengthen your front-end engineering and system design skills.

Experience we feel will set you up for success:

• Experience:3+ years of relevant software engineering experience building and delivering modern web applications in a collaborative development environment.

• Strong Front-End Foundation:Solid experience with React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and common state management approaches. Exposure to MicroFrontendarchitectures or reusable componentlibraries is a plus.

• AI-Enabled Development:Comfortable using AI development tools, such as Claudeand GCP Gemini Code Assist, to support coding, troubleshooting, documentation, testing, and day-to-day development workflows. You are interested in continuing to develop effective AI-assisted engineering practices.

• Accessibility Awareness:Good understanding of web accessibility principles and WCAGguidelines, with a commitment to building accessible and inclusive user experiences.

• Quality Focused:Experience writing unit tests and working with modern UI and E2E testing frameworks. Familiarity with TDD and an interest in contributing to strong testing practices.

• Growth Mindset:Strong front-end programming skills with an interest in learning and working with other technologies in our stack, including Pythonand Go, when needed.

• Collaborative Communicator:Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can communicate technical concepts clearly, contribute to technical discussions, and work effectively with engineers, designers, product managers, and other team members.

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Scienceor a related field, or equivalent practical software development experience.
