Aufgaben
Projekte mit Substanz
- Entwicklung von Software mit AI als festem Bestandteil des Workflows, von Coding-Assistenten bis zu agentischen Entwicklungsprozessen
- Integration von LLMs in Kundenanwendungen, z. B. über RAG, Agents, Tool-Anbindungen oder Automatisierungen
- Beratung unserer Kunden, wie sie AI sinnvoll in ihre Softwareentwicklung und ihre Produkte bringen
- Workshops und Technical Leadership rund um AI-Driven Development
Dein Spielfeld
- Eigenverantwortliche Projektleitung von Konzeption bis Go-Live
- Direkter Kundenkontakt auf Augenhöhe
- Neue AI-Tools, Modelle und Methoden testen, bewerten und in die Praxis bringen
- Mitgestaltung unserer AI-Strategie und internen Entwicklungsprozesse
Qualifikation
Must-have:
- Studium (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
- Solide Skills in mindestens einer Highlevel-Sprache, welche genau, ist uns nicht so wichtig
- Du setzt AI bereits produktiv in deiner Entwicklungsarbeit ein und weißt, wo sie glänzt und wo sie an ihre Grenzen kommt
- Agile Methodiken sind für dich keine Buzzwords, sondern Arbeitsrealität
Nice-to-have:
- Erfahrung mit der Integration von LLMs in Anwendungen (z. B. RAG, Agents, Prompt Engineering, Evaluierung)
- Data Management Skills (Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineering)
- Cloud-Erfahrung (Azure, AWS oder GCP)
- Open-Source Contributions oder eigene AI-Projekte
