Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft
  • Vorkontierung und Vorbereitung von Buchhaltungsvorgängen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Berichten und Auswertungen
  • Kommunikation mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Allgemeine Büroorganisation und -verwaltung
  • Unterstützung in der Zeitwirtschaft
  • Mitwirkung in der Personalverwaltung

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Bereitschaft zur Tätigkeit in Teilzeit mit einem Umfang von ca. 30 Wochenstunden
  • gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Eigeninitiative und Zuverlässigkeit
