Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie betreuen und entwickeln Schlüsselkunden mit dem Ziel eines nachhaltigen Wachstums
  • Sie führen Vertrags- und Jahresgespräche eigenständig und gestalten langfristige Kundenstrategien
  • Sie analysieren und optimieren Kundenprozesse, um gemeinsame Erfolge und wirtschaftliche Ergebnisse nachhaltig zu verbessern
  • Sie koordinieren die internationale Kundenbearbeitung und sorgen für eine enge Zusammenarbeit aller beteiligten Schnittstellen
  • Sie vertreten ACO auf Messen, Kundenevents und Branchenveranstaltungen
  • Sie beobachten Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen und leiten daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab
  • Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines kleinen Teams
  • Sie leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsbereichs und gestalten dessen zukünftige Ausrichtung aktiv mit

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Key Account Management, idealerweise im DIY-Umfeld
  • Fundiertes Verständnis für Vertriebsprozesse sowie Kenntnisse der Abläufe im Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Technisches Verständnis für erklärungsbedürftige Produkte
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SAP und CRM-Systemen
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägte Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
