Head of Data Management

We are looking for a strategic and analytical professional to lead our Data Management Department, ensuring high standards of data quality, governance, integrity, and accessibility across the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data management practices, strengthening reporting processes, and transforming data into reliable, actionable insights that support strategic planning, operational efficiency, risk management, and informed decision-making.

• Develop and implement the organization's data management strategy and governance framework.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity of credit and organizational data.
• Oversee data collection, validation, integration, storage, and reporting processes.
• Establish data quality standards, controls, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Provide reliable reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making and risk assessment.
• Develop and enhance scoring models to improve credit risk assessment and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and information security requirements.
• Develop and improve anti-fraud systems to detect, prevent, and mitigate fraudulent activities.
• Optimize data management processes, systems, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve data quality and reporting standards.
• Lead the team, monitor performance, and promote accountability and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Data Science or Data Analytics, Mathematics, Information Technology (IT),  or a related field.
• Relevant experience in data management, analytics, business intelligence, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, credit reporting systems, data lifecycle management.
• Preferable antifraud and scoring systems implementation experience.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated data-intensive environments.
• Familiarity with SQL and analytic tools.
• Strong analytical skills.

Professional experience

• At least 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in data management, data governance, data analytics, or information systems.
• At least 2–3 years of managerial or team leadership experience.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing data management policies, procedures, and standards.
• Experience managing databases, data warehouses, and enterprise data systems.
• Experience leading data quality improvement and data integration initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating with different department.
