Extended Day Teacher- Private Elementary School

Position Available: Extended Day Teacher- Elementary School, Grades TK-4th

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 2:15-6pm, and 2:45pm- 6pm shifts

At Action Day Elementary School, we believe learning doesn't stop when the school day ends. We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic after-school teacher to lead engaging, hands-on activities for students in elementary school grades TK- 4th. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about inspiring creativity, building confidence, and promoting teamwork in a fun, supportive environment. You'll design and lead interactive lessons, build strong connections with students, and work closely with staff and families to support each child’s growth. Compensation: $18.45-24/hr. depending on individual experience, education and position requirements.

Requirements

• Professional experience working with elementary school aged students required

• College coursework in Education or related field is a plus
• A love and passion for working with young children
• Excellent classroom management and written and verbal communication skills
• A reliable, can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn and grow!
