Site Technician

Description

Join ActioNet as a Site Technician supporting enterprise IT operations in a dynamic environment. This role requires an active Secret Clearance and hands-on experience with troubleshooting, networking, and Microsoft technologies.

Locations: :Japan, Guam, S. Korea, Singapore

SecurityClearance: Secret (US Citizenship required for eligibility)

Basic Qualifications:

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair client computing devices and peripherals
• Install and troubleshoot networking equipment including switches and wireless access points
• Manage users and endpoints using Microsoft Active Directory and endpoint management platforms
• Administer and support Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 environments
• Utilize Microsoft PowerShell to automate administrative tasks
• Use IT service management (ITSM) ticketing systems to track incidents and service requests
• Active Secret Clearance
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE) or equivalent baseline cybersecurity certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with endpoint configuration management platforms (e.g., SCCM/MECM)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Intune
• 1-3 years of experience in an IT-related field
